At CNC Machining Inc, we specialize in machining complex shaped parts that require innovative tooling and fixturing. Were capable of holding tight tolerances in difficult to machine materials including modern "Glass Filled" Plastics, Stainless steel, Kovar, ect. We have developed much of our experience doing the difficult and tedious work that our competitors did not want or were not able to do. We use a modern CAM system, and state of the art machining and measuring equipment for making such parts. We have 3,4 and 5 Axis machining centers as well as turning centers with live tooling and multiple spindles and turrets.

We approach each job with the mindset of minimizing the number of operations, resulting in increased accuracy and efficiency. On long part runs we set up multiple operations side by side so we can get parts the customers quickly, rather than having to run through all 1st operation, then all of 2nd.

We have always been very quick to respond to our customers needs. We encourage a "Team" approach to keeping machine centers running good parts. By making "bullet proof" set ups and procedures, and by encouraging good communication between our team members, we are able to maximize "chip making" time.

We are currently building a database of standards and procedures intended to better train our work force. Our team of top managers and foremen have been in place for many years. Much of our experience and knowledge has been in the family for 3 generations.
