At CNC Machining Inc, we have five 3 axis VMCs and one dedicated 4^th axis machine.  We have an additional 4^th axis rotary table which can be used on any of our machines. 

All our machining centers are set up with multiple vises to help us machine your production parts accurately and efficiently.  We can do your prototype parts too.  We have a capacity of 20” x 50” x 20” on our largest machine, and may be able to accommodate larger parts on occasion-send us your drawings, .PDF, .IGES, or .DXF files for a quote.

With our 4^th axis rotary tables, we can accurately and easily do radial hoes, slots, etc.  Knobs are a common part of our business.  We can also use the rotary to pivot parts around a center line when the part has features on multiple sides.  We can machine a part in one or two operations that may otherwise take 6.

We approach each project with the mindset of minimizing the number of operations to maximizing quality and increase efficiency.  We generally buy our raw materials oversize, and then machine the top and sides in the same operation as the drilling, tapping, and machining of other features. This insures that all sides are flat, square and parallel to each other and allows us to hold tight true position tolerances on holes and other features.
